Paul Muir, Managing Partner
Paul is a results oriented professional with over thirty years of experience in the Cable TV market. Using a management style that encourages team building, Paul has been successful creating business programs that have lead to increased sales and improved profitability for the firms for which he has worked. His management style coupled with his motivational and interpersonal skills have enabled him to consistently deliver superior results for shareholders. Prior to starting The ECAM Group, Paul worked as Global Sales Manager at Andrew Corporation where he assembled and led a sales team that grew their coaxial cable division from under $1 Million in sales to over $20 Million in under two years. His other past executive experiences include working as Sr. Vice President of Sales at Alpha Technologies, Vice President of Sales at Thomas & Betts and Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Diamond Communications.
He has a Masters in Business Administration from Penn State University and a B.S in Business Administration from Suffolk University in Boston. Paul now resides outside of Charlotte, NC with his wife and twins.
As Manager at ECAM Paul is principle liaison between manufacturers and customers providing support and guidance on respective opportunities and helping to resolve any issues. He provides primary account coverage at Charter Communications for our manufacturers.
PEGGY COMERESKI, PARTNER
Peggy’s primary expertise is in customer service and managing large accounts. She assembled and managed a new customer service department at LRC Electronics and through her inspiring leadership contributed to the growth success of the market share LRC now Belden continues to enjoy. She has over thirty years of experience in the CATV industry not only in customer service but also in regional and national accounts sales roles. She worked as the National Accounts Manager for Channell Commercial where she helped expand Channell's presence and relationships with the key decision makers at Comcast. Prior to that she started an Inside Sales and Customer Service Manager at Andrew Corporation for the new coaxial cable division which helped the division grow from under 1$ Million to over $20 Million in under two years. She also worked as Regional Sales Manager at Thomas and Betts and Customer Service Manager at LRC Electronics.
At ECAM she focuses on maintaining and building top-producing business relationships with key accounts and providing service consulting to ECAM’s clients. She also provides primary account coverage to Comcast and Mediacom for ECAM’s clients. Her personality and tenacity has helped her establish a trusting relationship with many key decision makes with the MSOs. Peggy is an Executive Member of Women in Cable and she resides in Spartanburg, SC with her husband.
Mary Hunter MercY, Partner
Mary Hunter is a detail oriented sales professional with twenty years of experience in the CATV industry. She is a proven top sales performer adept at building and maintaining customer relationships. She is customer service focused and enjoys assisting customers with solutions. Prior to joining The ECAM Group, Mary Hunter founded Giganet Sales. She was previously a star performer at TriNet Communications where she managed a 13 state region and corporate coverage at Cox Communications. She has also worked as a regional manager for dB-tronics in the southeast.
Mary Hunter serves as Secretary of the SCTE Chattahoochee Chapter and associate Board Member of the SCTE Piedmont Chapter. She has a B.A. in Business Administration (Concentration: Organizational Management) from Converse College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Mary Hunter lives in Canton, Georgia with her daughter.
Kristen SavinO, Partner
Kristen is a successful sales professional focused on being an advocate for her customers. She works with clients to understand their projects and initiatives then assists in providing them with the best solution for their business. Prior to entering the CATV Industry, she spent 5 years in the computer software industry selling to the government and higher education markets across the United States and Canada. Kristen joined the ECAM Family in 2015 as a Partner of Teracom Sales managing the Mid-Atlantic region. She has grown up in a family who has been a part of the CATV industry for over forty years.
Kristen serves as Treasurer of the SCTE Chesapeake Chapter. She has a B.A. in Business Administration (with a dual major in International Business and Marketing) from the College of Business at James Madison University.
At ECAM, Kristen is principle liaison between PenguinData Workforce Management and customers providing support and guidance on respective opportunities and helping resolve any issues. Her customers include MSO’s, contractors and service providers focused on the CATV industry.
